Rotary Drives

The Cootamundra Rotary Club have prepared some tourist drives as a community service.

Drives out from Cootamundra will take you through rich farmland where many farming activities which vary with the season can be viewed from the road as well as some old homesteads. There are many stops for the photographer or artist, . There are Nature reserves and Parks, Great places to bushwalk and bird watching . The countryside will change with the seasons and with morning or evening light. There are several villages, each with their own character and special attractions.

THE TIMES FOR THESE TRIPS ARE APPROXIMATE DRIVING TIMES

You may add more time for your stops..

The YELLOW DRIVE 45 km allow 50 minutes.	The RED DRIVE 33 km allow 35 minutes
1. Cemetery, has many historic graves	8. Pioneer Park native reserve walking track
2. Sale yards open to the public. Cattle every 2nd Thursday Morning Sheep every 2^nd Wednesday morning	9. Rotary Park Optional continue to Bethungra village Allow extra 23 km 30 minutes
3. Wallendbeen village with Milestones Sculptures	10. Migurra Nature Reserve & short walking track
4. Yandilla Mustard Seed optional add 10 minutes. The factory converts locally grown mustard into cooking oils and other products. Also tea rooms.	11. Railway Spiral Unique in the Southern Hemisphere 12. Bethungra Village with Historic Shirley B&B
5. Jindalee State Forest & Wattle Valley Flowering July/August	13. Railway Bridge for train photos & the Frampton Rail Deviation (loop)
